Domestic orders are usually delivered within 7-10 business days. However, the delivery time may vary depending on the area and any restrictions imposed during the current scenario.
No, Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays are not considered as working days for standard deliveries.
Orders are processed and shipped from OMA's warehouse located in Manesar, Haryana or from our stores in the respective cities, depending upon the availability.
Customers can track their packages using the consignment/tracking number provided on the shipping agency's website. OMA will also send an email with the tracking number and information about the shipping agency.
If the recipient is unavailable during the delivery attempts, the delivery partners will make two attempts. If the package remains undelivered, it will be returned to OMA. The customer can get in touch with our customer care to know the status of delivery or can request a re-delivery. OMA may charge delivery fees for initiating re-delivery.
OMA accepts all major debit and credit cards, including Mastercard, Visa, Rupay, and American Express. We also provide Net Banking options across major banks. At the moment we do not accept cash on delivery as a payment option.
OMA does not offer returns or exchanges on products that are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. However, we are open to re-fulfilling the order if the product is wrongfully delivered (does not match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect.
Customers should get in touch with OMA's Customer Care at care@omaliving.com on the same day of receiving the product. They can do so by telephone at +91 8448313580 between 11.00 AM to 6.00 PM IST.
Customers should carefully check the products upon receipt and mention any tampering of the package, missing item, or damage/breakage on the delivery receipt presented by the courier partner. They should also retain the packaging of the damaged products until the insurance adjuster visits to survey the breakage. We encourage customers to make an unpacking video upon receipt of the product and click pictures. Damaged products should be reported to our customer care team immediately on receipt.
The customer care team will look into the issue and revert back within 48 working hours.
OMA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for various reasons, including limited product availability, pricing inaccuracies, or issues identified during the credit and fraud avoidance process. In such cases, the amount charged for the order will be reversed back to the user's account.
OMA charges the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) for products, which may include additional applicable taxes depending on the destination. The tax rate applied includes both state and local taxes based on the shipping address. OMA may also charge delivery fees.
Yes, OMA Living may update its privacy policy periodically without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review the policy on the website periodically to stay informed about any changes.
